SERVICE CENTRE SUPPORT
Datanet's ISO 9002 certified Service Centres falls inline with Motorolas world wide standard and sets the standard for repair, realignment and adjustment of your products back to original specification. Options include shortened turnaround times, application loading, battery maintenance and other time-savers that increase your up-time.
TELEPHONE SUPPORT
In one call, expert technicians offer quick problem determination, network recovery, system verification and/or software support until the problem is resolved and your system is back to full operation.
UPGRADE SERVICES
With upgrade services, your Motorola solution can always incorporate the latest design and you can enjoy the highest possible performance.
RF COVERAGE CHECK
Datanet technicians check each access point in your installed Motorola wireless network to determine whether it is working properly and sending out a signal. We report whether your wireless network is functioning as originally installed, if the parameters have changed. Then we recommend solutions. If you plan to cover your network under a Motorola On Site Support Service agreement, the RF Coverage Check is a prerequisite.
SYSTEMS FITNESS CHECK
We test your entire Motorola wireless network to verify that it is performing as expected and meets Motorola's quality standards. We check the fitness of the Motorola components and power supply, plus the access points and associated cabling and wiring. If the system needs repair, we recommend remedies. The Systems Fitness Check is a prerequisite for covering an installed network under Motorola's On Site Systems Support service agreement.
