Zebra IQ Colour Labels brings Intelligence to Printing

The IQ Technology enables you to print visual queues without the need to change label rolls, increasing productivity and reducing the cost of multiple colour labels in stock while automating processes.

Zebra IQ – How it Works

Select areas to be printed in colour with invisible thermal ink.  You can choose three colours in addition to standard black thermal printing.

When required, run the label through the printer as normal and the heat in the colour zones activates the thermal ink to reveal your messages and/or images.

Customise your needs with the Zebra IQ Colour Printer

During label manufacturing, Zebra applies invisible ink colours to the zones you designate.  Your printer heat-activates the ink to make selected colours visible as your application requires.  It can reveal the colour in the form of shapes, text, graphics or reverse images.

Datanet have an extensive range of outdoor asset labels and custom asset tags in a range of material options including vinyl and high temperature polyester. The labels are combines with adhesive combinations which make them suitable for extreme environements.

The outdoor label range comes in various standard sizes. Plus the availability of custom sizes. Datanet's range of outdoor labels reliably adhere to a variety of industrial surfaces such as steel, glass, wood, aluminium and petroleum-based materials. The outdoor label range is rated for external use for a number of year's, labels are designed to perform in submerged, frozen and high heat intensity environments.

All labels are thermal transfer and Datanet's staff will correctly match of the thermal transfer ribbons to suit your printer requirements. Datanet also supply a range of pre-manufactured metal labels, laser etched materials e.g. stainless steel and aluminium.

Calico Mining Bags – Barcode Label Attached

This range of calico bags come pre-stamped with a unique number and the addition of a stapled on label with corresponding barcode and human identifier number which corresponds with the pre-stamped number.  The attached label is built to withstand submersion in water and is heat tolerant to ensure it can be scanned in extreme environments.

Calico Mining Bags – Pre-Printed Barcode

Our range of calico bags pre-printed with unique barcode and the option of a human readable number are unique to the industry.  All barcodes and numbers are printed 30mm high.  With the barcode printed directly onto the bag, this is the perfect solution for tracking your samples.

Wet Strength Mining Sample Bags

Each wet-strength bag comes with a unique barcode label attached.  Each label contains the barcode and any other human readable  information like company name/logo that you may want attached.  All wet strength bags use 80 gsm material in a ranges of sizes 5″ x 3″, 8″ x 4″, 10″ x 5″.  Bags can be sealed using either a wire tie option or a pre-glued sealing flap.
